A very specialized industry producing or refining cylinders for the paper-, ship-, wind energy industry, etc.
Those cylinders need protection for internal movements from one machine to another, protection during times of maintenance or repair and protection during transportation. Spare parts are sent directly to customers or construction sites and always require protection.
A wide range of adapted solutions and product options are needed. Specific shaped forms, cut to size are available.
Core products used for rollers:
- Lamiflex - as full coverage or partial protection against all weather conditions during storage and as partial coverage during fabrication for internal transport
- Lamiflex Special - with 3mm PE foam glued to the inner side, deters damages on sensitive surfaces (printing rollers)
- Lamiflex Polypropylene - as full coverage or partial protection for reduced industrial damage
- Customized pre-cutting of each material to width, specific to the material requirement
- PET Strapping – a much safer alternative to metal strapping
- PET Strapping Machines – pneumatic driven or battery powered
